The owner of the apartment runs a boat and yacht rental company for trips to the islands of Cartagena. Also, private transportation is available for travel within the city at an additional cost. An elegant apartment, carefully decorated to create a unique and unforgettable atmosphere in the beautiful city of Cartagena. The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities listed. It also features high-speed internet. Maximum capacity: 6 guests. Please remember to send us the full name and ID number of each guest so we can register everyone before arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process. On the day of your arrival, we will send you the access code to retrieve the keys. Please let us know before your reservation begins if you need parking, and we will send you the instructions to reserve it completely free of charge! For check-in: If you are a foreign guest (not a Colombian citizen), you must present your passport with the entry stamp to Colombia. If you are a Colombian citizen, you must present your national ID card (“Cédula de Ciudadanía”). If you are traveling with a minor who is not accompanied by one of their parents, the minor must present their identification document (birth certificate or ID card) along with a notarized authorization letter signed by one of the parents, allowing the minor to stay at the property during the reservation dates. IMPORTANT: NO Guest Friendly. Only guests registered in the reservation and included in the authorization email sent by the Host are allowed to enter the property. A maximum of 6 guests can be registered in this apartment for the entire stay. No pets allowed. Upon arrival, you will be given a wristband that must be worn during your stay. Please avoid losing it. In case of loss, there is a fee of COP $20,000 for each lost wristband. If you lose the keys, there will be an approximate replacement fee of COP $100,000, depending on the locksmith’s charge.
