Before booking please take into account our cancellation policies of Elite Apartments rental properties, as stated in our terms and conditions manual and privacy policies of the service.

In the case of confirmed reservations, the company will retain 10% plus VAT of the total value of the reservation in case of cancellation by the guest for tourist rentals, from the moment of receipt of payment until 30 days prior to the reservation. 50% of the total value within the period less than 30 days and more than 15 days prior to arrival. And for cancellations less than 15 days will be 100% penalty on the total value agreed in the reservation.
